Desperado is proud to be hosting Australian-born jewelry artist & Bendite Melissah Kochel. Melissah is no stranger to our boutique. She was a long-time Desperado Diva Fashionista before leaving us to pursue her career teaching young people to play the piano.
We are proud to have her back showcasing her newest endeavor of jewelry making using hand-painted feathers & antique beads. Melissah calls her jewelry line “Bohomajik” because it evokes a magical blend of jewelry and she plans to expand her line to include gifts and homewares in the future.
We caught up with Melissah recently and she shared this about her jewelry, “My jewelry is best described as Boho and Vintage meets Disco and together I create a unique style I call BohoMajik.”
All of Melissah’s art is ethically sourced and upcycled from vintage materials… always made with purpose, intention, love, and of course Melissah’s Majik!
Meet Melissah at our First Friday ArtWalk Event on July 5th at the store. We will be serving libations from 5-7.
